You should certainly get up to whistler and try it out! Don't get too intimidated even tho I certainly was the first time I went! Vast amount of diversity in trails. The easy jump trails like crank it up and aline are all table tops so just go at your comfortable speed no gaps to be afraid of, but yield to faster riders. Ask around when you get up or look at the map at.... guest relations i think for trails that are at your level.
