Pinkbike Poll: How Long is Your Average Mountain Bike Ride?
@clarky78: live on top of a mountain, work at the bottom. That's min 6hrs riding a week. Also weekends usually riding when my boy is having a nap. After he wakes up take him to dirt jumps right next to our home. And then epic rides every second weekend. Never rode this much before i got married. Too much clubbing ;)

Video: Exploring Coffee Trails in Colombia with Anita & Caro Gehrig
@vinay: rainforest alliance, fair trade, direct trade... The only problem is farmers/producers usually do that kind of certifications to add value to their coffee so the best tasting coffees are without those certificates and sometimes are actually more sustainable. Find a roaster (many mid-size ones) that works closely with producers and carries the same coffee year after year. Those relationships are (mostly) very valuable to producers in poor countries and help them to be more organized, hire an agronomist and get professional advice to fight climate changes and diseases.

Norco Range C7.1 CCDB air CS mint + extras

$1650 CAD
Frame in mint condition, smooth and tight, no damage, never crashed. Frame saver from day 1. Very low mileage, it was 1 of my 4 bikes that's seen the least use. A bit to big for me (thought I might like longer bike) so never felt right. I'm 5'9" BTW It comes with following: -syntace axle -shimano BB (smooth and silent) -FSA headset (smooth) -CCDB air CS (works great, no leaks) -Specialized ircc (like new, great dropper, 125mm) If you don't need dropper price is $1550. PayPal and shipping cost not included. Let me know if you need more parts, like DT wheels (true and no damage, 481 front and 471 rear) or Marzocchi 350 fork (recent service at SuspensionWerx.
