Shimano Patent Shows Direct Mount Electronic Derailleur
The udh is an open licence I don't see why shimano wouldn't use the sram hole.
There patent looks just like sram's derailleur.

Mar 13, 2023Kona Process 134 CR 29 Large
$2900 USDThis Process 134 has CUSTOM GEOMETRY! The 134 is a wonderful bike but I wanted a bit more for when it gets steep and/or fast, so this bike is running a -1° angleset and a 150mm 44mm offset Pike. This combination gives the bike about a 64.5° head angle while retaining the steering feel and playfulness of the stock bike. This bike can do it all with confidence.
The Bike will come with a different dropper and wheels then pictured.

Video: Robin Wallner Invents a New Discipline in ‘Gravelduro’
@SJP: I've raced almost every discipline road, cx, cc, and enduro. I've tried flat bars on a cx bike but fully prefer drop bars. Gravel bikes with drop bars and dropper posts are also absurdly fun, with the bars high and in the drops, it's like punching through corners. As well curly bars actually offer a more natural position for your wrists, think about where your hands sit when they're at your sides. But I'll be keeping flat bars on my mountain bikes, everything has its place
