Video: Homemade ABS on a Mountain Bike
I’m an automotive engineer, I don’t directly work with ABS modules, but the CAN network that transmits the sensor information to the ABS module is used throughout the vehicle. Now this network is the same technology as Shimano use for DI2, so it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch to add wheel speed sensors to that and some sort of brake control.

Pinkbike Poll: Do You Ride a Hardtail Anymore?
When I bought my first full suspension bike I thought my hardtail would be relegated to commuting and family rides, but I still enjoy taking it out for local rides, as it livens up tamer trails. If I only had one bike it would be a hardtail.
