I have wone an Gx Eagle complete groupset in 2017. After the mail from Pinkbike, in a few hours someone from Sram contacted me and in a week i received the box with an extra t-shirt bonus. After 5 months , the rear derailleur upper pulleys got ripped off . Contacted Sram again and they send me a new XO1 derailleur for free. Huge fan of Sram sice then!
