Spotted: Greg Callaghan's Devinci with Prototype Fox Suspension and Shimano Drivetrain
At this point Devinci is not really a big player. And I got some negative experience with Devinci. Customer service is horrible. Believe me. Never again Devinci !!

@cueTIP: The frames all are send from Canada. The warehouse for Europe is Rotterdam ( Netherlands). Ok it's a distributor but they stay responsible. First they didn't send the frame because the frame stayed between a 2020 bikes collection. When I contacted Devinci they took the frame out of the 2020 collection and sended it to my dealer. He sended it to me and when the frame and other parts arrived I checked everything. On the rims are scratches, the frame got a paper where they mentioned headtube broken paint. They admit that frame never have to leave the warehouse. But it did. Then for the scratches on the rims they offered me a little refund if I keep the wheels. So far so good. Because I go on ski holiday I offered myself to drop of the frame in Germany. I live in Belgium. For me it's a 6 hours drive. But no problem for me. Devinci is not available everywhere here in Europe. Then they wanted to send another frame but they discovered again some broken paint on the frame. So they offered me again a refund when I keep my frame with the headtube damaged. I refused this because I wanted a perfect frame. The also offered me a 2020 frame. So this is not bad from Devinci. But I really wanted the zenith colour (2019 frame option). For all the trouble I asked If I can have a little upgrade. But never got an answer. Now they found a frame in Canada and they sended this frame to my dealer now. Still nothing received. After 3 months I still don't have a frame and I hope the 3th frame is a good one. Do you think Devinci ( I have contact with Devinci Canada) said 1 time sorry for the trouble. No, they always do some sales talk and say they take the case very serious. For me this is important. If they give me a new frame and said sorry this was enough. And if they give me a water bottle or a t-shirt as a gift I was very happy. But all this not gonna happen. I already owned a Devinci Troy 2014 and I was happy riding this bike. I hoped to still believe in Devinci and the beautiful story behind. But for me there's something broken. I can say for sure, this is my last Devinci and if anybody ask me if I'm happy I tell the same story. Honestly I don't think I ask to much. I'm happy my dealer is helping me all he can. And my bike arrived not assembled but in parts. So my dealer never touched anything. I don't say this happens a lot, and humans makes mistakes. But all I wanted is a sorry for the trouble nothing more. And till today they didn't. Have a nice day....

@cueTIP: no the fault was from Devinci and Devinci only. They sended a bad frame twice. The retailer is not in fault.

Congrats, hopefully they give you a better service. Not happy at all about Devinci. Waiting already 3 months for the bike I bought. Never 1 single sorry. Devinci for me is over.
