Specialized Expands Recall of 1st Gen Levo & Kenevo Battery Packs
Yeah, got one of these beautiful "S". Six months ago one of led on battery died and shortly after battery died completely. So I went to the specialized store. They told me there never been RECALL on any batteries! And bike was bought in in other city so they wont change/repair battery. Buy specialized they said, you will have good local service they said. So I contact the original bike shop, they knew about recall but at that time mine wasn't at list so best they can do is give me 25% off. But at same time motor died (second one). I haven't 2k€ for repairs and that piece of.. quality bike is in garage. I'll call to bike shop tomorrow (that one where I bought it) and I am pretty curious. But they wont fix it anyway, unless I pay like 1k €.

Because I have too long screws and they hurt so bad with knee brace. It was supposed to be really easy ride and I was very cautious to avoid any mistake.
