ODI Releases New Reflex Lock-On Grips
@BikesBoatsNJeeps: Thanks for sharing your experience with TOS. I also suffered from that and my PT Rx was very similar to yours. The best easy answer for anyone who wants to add these kinds of motions to their workouts is the Iron Scap set of exercises. You can do the whole thing with a couple elastic bands and eye-level hard points and it's extremely effective. Plenty of info about it with a google search.

ODI Releases New Reflex Lock-On Grips
I found grip diameter to have nothing to do with my hand numbness issue. For me it was all about shoulder posture and ergonomics while I was aging. If what has worked for you for years doesn’t anymore it might just be that you’ve lost some flexibility/strength and you need to either work on that or accommodate it with your bike fit. I know nothing about your situation, but that’s a facet that is worth thinking about if it applies. I am using a very different fit now in my 40s than when I was in my 30s which was different than I used in my 20s.

Heck yeah there are are lots of space nerds in the Denver area. The Lockheed Martin, formerly Martin Marietta, satellite (and other wild stuff) factory is in the southwest suburbs. A friend’s dad worked there and as a teenager I got to see the Cassini spacecraft being assembled.

Pinkbike Editors' Christmas 2022 Wish Lists: Workshops, XL MX Bikes... & Better Cheese?
I think you mean the Native Raghorn (couldn’t find any mention of the Ragnar), and if so you can get clear lenese from Revant Optics down here in Portland for $25: https://www.revantoptics.com/products/native-raghorn-replacement-lenses-non-polarized-crystal-clear?variant_id=39288997969997 As a wearer of Rx lenses I’m well-versed in getting custom lenses for riding glasses. My current favorites are actually ones from Leupold intended as range safety/sunglasses with clear Rx lenses put in by my optometrist. Not cheap, but fit well, fantastic quality and warranty, and ANSI Z87 2+ (that’s high-velocity impact with Rx lenses) rated. Range safety glasses in general are a good bet. Most people care about being able to see what they’re shooting at.

Review: O-Chain's Active Spider Adds Suppleness & Silence
And now that I think about it, having the “give” in the hub instead of the spider means that you have more give in the lower gears where you’d have more pedal kickback. So, win, win, win.

Review: O-Chain's Active Spider Adds Suppleness & Silence
One of my favorite features of my Onyx hub is the soft engagement instead of the jolting clank of other hubs.
