Video: CathroVision Seeks Out the New Lines on the Val Di Sole World Cup Track Walk
This 100%. When you pan at 30fps it's all a blur. I kept waiting for you to pause so I could see what you were talking about.

Rohloff's Electronic Shifter Needs Just 180 Milliseconds - Interbike 2017
That's seriously good idea. Like the robot hunting sights that only fire if the aim is on target AND the trigger is held down. So when you want to shift you just hold down the shifter and as soon as the torque on the hub drops below threshold the shift happens. Need a torque sensor but that should be all.

Round Two of the Sturdy Dirty Enduro Series was Smoky and Mystical
Great riding everyone! In addition to the Disciples of Dirt, based out of Eugene, the Greater Oakridge Area Trail Stewards (GOATS) do a tremendous amount of work on these trails and also boothed at the race. Both groups have fostered great relationships with the local USFS and BLM offices to create and maintain fantastic riding opportunities in central oregon. Hats off to all the riders and all the builders!

From the Top: David Turner
@McNubbin: This is true. I sent an email to the generic info email address asking about shock suggestions and ended up having an exchange with him personally.

Trail Boss Jeff Lenosky – La Milagrosa – Video
I will always watch Jeff's videos. I saw him do a demo almost twenty years ago and have been a fan ever since. I still have the poster he signed for me!

KindShock Debuts Lightest Full-Travel Dropper Post and New Budget Model – Taipei Cycle Show
@Rucker10: Yeah they're good but weird like that. Mine came on a used bike and I even explained that when I filled out the RMA form, then they called me a couple weeks later to make sure I wouldn't be mad that the new cartridge they were installing had a different stanchion color! Got the post back another week later working perfectly, no charge.

Interview: Will Montague, Guerrilla Gravity
@bikewriter: Turner was Zen's cash cow. Without them Zen closed about a year ago, sadly. Turner is still around, though only with the carbon line. It's a small company selling a boutique product so they don't need massive sales to stay afloat.

Ellsworth Joker, new suspension/wheels/tires/more

$600 USD
Small (fits folks ~5'0"-5'9") 2006 (I think) Ellsworth Joker long-travel trail bike, 6" travel on each end. The frame is older but was made in the USA and is in great shape, Gorilla tape was used to protect from rub, rocks, chain drop. The shock (DT Swiss XM180 w/lockout) and fork (Marzocchi 55R) are new, with less than 10 hours ride time on them. Same with the cassette, chain, and tires (Maxxis Ardent 2.25 in the rear, Kenda Nevegal front), and wheels (XT/CR18 rear, DT 350/xm450 front, handbuilt). Brakes are Avid mechanicals and the drivetrain is a Shimano 3x9 Deore/LX/XT mix. Has a Satori mechanical dropper with handlebar lever. I built this up as long-travel bike that my wife could ride and I could borrow on gravity days but she's happier on her hardtail and I need the space. Professionally maintained and in excellent working order. My asking price is about half of what I spent building it. I just really want the space back in my garage.

Video: NWCup - Skibowl/Mt. Hood, Round 4
Shelby Riley, the Women's Pro Open winner, is in there for about four seconds at 1:34. They showed her on a smooth jump and didn't even put her name on the screen. I also would love to have seen more footage of the ladies in action.
