Spotted: Ghost's New Full Suss XC Bike - Nove Mesto World Cup XC 2020
Yep, did the analys and anti-squat goes from 50% at top out to 125% at sag to 220% at bottom out. I think this means that while pedaling the suspension will squat if it's near top out, and extend if it's under heavy compression. If so that means when you're on the gas it should tend to pull towards the sag point. Would this stabilize the geometry? It's certainly different from any other AS curve I've seen. a href="">img src="" alt="Ghost-Proto-AS" border="0">/a>

Thanks for the link! From my quick-and dirty analysis of the suspension, at 0% compression the frame maxes out at 50% anti-squat. I haven't put it through Linkage, but the layout of the short links is pretty unique. The clockwise-rotating upper link that starts past vertical combined with a lower link that is also close to vertical means that the instant center is going to be moving wildly relative to the chainline. I'm really interested to see what they say the design concept is.

Marzocchi Releases New 26" Only Bomber Fork for Dirt Jumpers
@lognar: 20mm fronts have always been 110mm axles. The only difference between the old ones and the “20mm boost” hubs is the placement of the brake mount (on the fork) and the rotor mount and flange spacing (on the hub). Your old wheels are safe in this fork.

Photo Epic: Trans Vesubienne 2020 - The Downcountry World Champs?
This race looks epic! Thanks for showing us around the amazing courses around the world. Shout out to my local "the course is WHAT?!" race, the Cascade Cream Puff, now being run as the Alpine Epic (of course not this year...). Here's the Trailforks for the 2018 course: That's 3600m of climbing and descending... for the half-course. For the full you do it again. Climbing is mostly gravel but it's still a hell of a course.

Randoms: Grips, Goggles, Bib Shorts, & Bike Racks - Across the Pond Beaver
@RonSauce: “the extension uses Kuat's Flat-Lock hitch cam to snug it down and prevent any unwanted wobbling” If it’s got a cam or a wedge or something that makes it not wobble then $98 is pretty good. That’s a decent chunk more parts and precision than a towing extension.

Pinkbike Poll: What Are Your Favorite & Most Hated Workshop Tasks?
@Highlander406: Same. I did my time '98-'02. Cantis, FDs, Campy, etc. Also full overhaul of avid mechanical disks and Softride bikes ::haha:: I also always find adjusting loose-ball hubs to be calming and satisfying. I've got a pair of Dura-Ace track hubs on my city singlespeed that run smoother than King hubs.

Pinkbike Poll: What Are Your Favorite & Most Hated Workshop Tasks?
Latest one was on my very first build that had a press-fit BB. I even got one of the thread-together BBs to get ahead of it. I spent way too long working on that damn BB and pulling my hair out. It turned out to be a pedal. *facepalm*
