Agreed. I haven't had the greatest LBS experiences in my area, but I was still a bit hesitant to go with an online-only dealer. Commencal was very helpful, answered all my size questions, confirmed delivery dates, prices, etc. I got a Meta V4 Race brushed edition a couple of months ago (with Lyrik). Received the shipment on time, bike was packaged very well, they even sent me a Reverb bleed kit for the post installation. Plus - I've been really happy with the bike! For my riding style/area (Georgia), it does everything well. I've seen lots of size questions on forums... I'm 5'11" and went with a size LG frame. Very comfortable reach-wise, etc., but the seat post is less than half an inch from as low as it goes, so maybe keep that in mind.
