Personal trainer, coach and endurance athlete here. I am surrounded by supplement takers and pushers. My advice is to eat a lot of vegetables and whole grains l, get enough protein for your weight and activity level (1-1.5g/kg of body weight is in the ballpark) and get plenty of sleep. For supplements, consider creatine if you train hard. Everything else is useless unless you have a medically diagnosed deficiency.

Cannondale to Shut Down Factory Race Program After 2026 Season
I can’t remember the last time someone in my extended mtb riding group talked about buying a Cannondale. I work in a bike shop and nobody mentions the brand or suggests we carry it. Maybe they have some traction in the xc racing world but I’m not seeing any in trail or enduro.

I frequently ride in a park with shared hiking and mtb access. The e-mtb riders frequently scare the crap out of the hikers because the hikers aren’t used to bikes approaching them so quickly. It took a decade for mtbers to gain legal access to these trails and some e-mtb riders are putting that at risk. It’s a real problem and it’s getting worse. Yes you can blame the rider not the bike but that won’t matter when trails are closed to riding.
