It's a lot more than just building core strength. Yoga helps you become more flexible and injury resistant. It will also help work out any imbalances you might have between sides. There's also the mental aspect of remaining calm, relaxed and focused when trying to hold a tough pose. Yoga's the restorative glue I use between rides, runs and strength workouts.

How about posting (or making available in some form) the full helmet/chest cam footage of some of the rides, especially the big mountain descents?
