Ian Morrison needed some training for the Whistler beer league this summer, so he met the fastest man around, Steve Smith, for a day of training in Pemberton.

 What's the trail called?

 Most of it is filmed on a trail called Jim-Jam. Super fun trail with loads of baby head rocks. The gap jump at the beginning is about 20ft and you need a lot of speed to make it and then stop straight after you land!
