County Worker Charged with Trail Sabotage
I'm surprised people are suprised that someone would do this on a trail. The only suprising thing is that he was actually arrested for it!
Round my way, things like this happen all the time. Big rocks placed on landers, parts af bridges taken out that can't be seen till you've committed to the line, etc..
