@TheBearDen: Im the first to moan about this season. I won't lie though I thought ric would be mint, his voiceovers for EWS back in the day were mint and I do think he still has potential, it's hard to argue that after this season but there's still hope. Josh however seems like a great guy but his commentary is wank. Nekon is mint.

Let's face it, they cancelled not because of Safety but because it would of harmed their TV product. While broadcasting the sport to a wider audience isn't necessarily a bad thing, a bunch of "casual" viewers watching a load of people struggle down a hill isn't what the ESO want to put forward, same reason there's less technical tracks. Let me be clear before I get down voted to shit I don't agree with it, for the girls and boys who put down a run it would be put it the same category as the runs you've mentioned. LONG LIVE DOWNHILL,FUCK THE ESO.

Round Up: 19 Bike Industry Jobs Available Right Now
Very true! However depressingly their salary offer is the basic entry wage in the industry.
Similar if not the same to what is offered for big brands down South. If you want to work In the industry, you know for a fact which is going to offer better riding! (The North FYI).
It's about damn time the industry started reflecting the work that goes into it, long hours especially in the event season, just because something is a passion doesn't mean you shouldn't get paid fairly.
Can hazzard a guess a high number of people who were great employees for bike companies have left because of shite pay.
