Is It Still A Ride If You Don't Leave Your House?
been Zwifting for a few months now. Can tell you that it is great. the sense of competition is all there. and if you won a smart trainer the experience is even better.
And if you think this is not a proper workout, Mathew Hayman won a Paris-Roubaix after 5 weeks of zwift training (broken radius bone prevented him from ride outside)

Commencal's Updated Supreme DH V4.2 - Press Release
I have owned, several Commencal bikes. They all are very good looking, but they have some design issues: from the 68mm BB/150mm axle on the Supreme V1 to the insane amount of spacers I had to put on my supreme fr so I could properly setup my chain guide... Or my Meta that snapped the rocker link....
Nevertheless, love this brand and someday I'll own one of those new V4.2.

Pardon me, but....
I don't understand all the commotion around 1x10, 1x11, 1x12.... Is this a weight saving thing?!
50t back and 34t front? who the hell needs this? If you can't pedal with a 34t in the back, something is wrong with you!
I still run a 3x9. 42t-32t-24t up front (don't remember the last time I used the 24t chainring) and a 11-32 in the back. I don´t remember dropping a chain either...
My last ride was a 37k with a total climbing of 1368m, with places having 21% grade, never needed anything fancier than the old X9 I have....
