You know what else can destroy your frame? That silver knurled ring. If it gets loose its like a cheese grate on the carbon dropout as it rocks back and forwards. Check it regularly

Dates & Venues Announced for British National Enduro Series 2024
Please have a pro category. Its a national series there's enough of them. Send them out last and then everyone else could watch them at the end.
Then there's a pathway to progress in the sport just like Downhill used to with expert and elite.
And yes I'm a bit bitter about constantly being beaten by pros but I'm not pro

Shimano Releases New Shoe Lineup
Well that's very disappointing news. The me7s were great for hike a bike with a properly grippy sole. Skate style soles are just crap for pushing up in the mud.

@chakaping: yes fully open all the time. I am light though and running 42psi. I don't think it's too far off and sometimes slower is better but I am used to a faster more active fork. I just wish I had the option to speed it up whereas I can only make it slower

Head to Head Review: 2023 RockShox Zeb vs Fox 38
I have the 2023 zeb. I've found it performs poorly in cold temperatures feeling slow and harsh. Above 10 degrees C it comes alive again but I wish the rebound was faster.
Oil volumes for the 2023 fork are 30 in the damper leg and 15 in the spring

@iainmac-1: yes its popular to locals. And easy to find if you look. But they could have edited some bits out to make it harder. This is mass promotion on multiple platforms by three very famous people one week before lockdown ends. How would you feel if your local got shut down. Again.

An excellent video. However I rode it yesterday and it's a shame its now completely cut to pieces by these guys attracting so much attention to an unsanctioned trail. Hope they come back to fix some of the ruts
