@matt5311: how dense are you? They are called the factory team because they are other teams on the same bike but they aren’t the factory supported team, do you understand or do i need to dumb it down more?

@sino428: the big difference is that bikes ain’t cars, you can shift your weight around and use all kind of techniques to generate more grip on the rear end cars can’t, the rear just gets used that much more i maybe change 1 pair of brake pads on the front of my race bike and 5-10 on the rear end and the track i ride the most is 1700m long and has an altitude change of 1000m to put in perspective how steep it is.

That wouldn’t solve anything, it’s not the plastic that scratches your fork it’s the grit that gets in between the fender and the lowers, the only way to prevent that is by applying some protective foil on places that are in contact with the fender.

Update: What's Going On With Shimano's New XTR Group?
@Serpentras: I’ve done it on every single sram clutch mech i had all the way from the first xo/xo1 (type 2) derailleurs in 2013/14 to my current brand new xo1 type 3 that I’ve loosened (they are quite tight when new) literally 14 days ago and if you don’t hold the screw on the back side with another hex key you can’t adjust it, the gx ones could be different but I wouldn’t know never owned one or pulled one apart but for the 10-15 X01 mech that i owned evey single one could be adjusted.

Update: What's Going On With Shimano's New XTR Group?
@Serpentras: type 3 derailleurs are meant to have an adjustable clutch you just have to take of the little plastic cap with a t25 torx and you can tighten it so I really don’t get what you’re trying to say type 2.1 were the “unadjustable” ones unless you took out then pin.
