All these add-ons to forks but without making sure your bushings and lowers are playing well with the hub, a fork will never feel good. Before adding a new damper or spring thingamabob, make sure your hub is spaced exactly to where the fork wants to sit. If it's off even a little, you will always have stiction that you can't get rid of.
