Up for sale is by far the best bike I’ve ever ridden, only selling due to stepping away from the sport. Originally bought this new as a late 2021 model in 2022, but due to a frame defect I got a new C1 frame (all they had) in early 2023. I have all the frame hardware and rear triangle from the previous frame as spares, shown in the pictures (note you wouldn’t want to use the seat stay part, as that was the defective portion, but the bearings and other pieces are like new). Excellent condition, the frame was ridden only a handful (less than 5ish) rides. A couple very tiny nicks on the frame since I didn’t get around to wrapping the whole thing. Parts are from a C3 build with the exception of the Zeb Ultimate fork, which was bought brand new and wrapped from day 1, and the Hayes Dominion A4s which were bought off pb (the guy I bought them from put some sort of liquid cement on the handles to hold on his lever grips, so I sanded down the levers to remove, hence the weathered look). The bike is in excellent visual and mechanical condition, the components had few rides and the new frame even less. Just trued up the wheels, cleaned, and tuned it in my shop. I upgraded from the stock 170mm travel to 180mm travel when I bought the X2 (making this like the Pro Race model). The Fox 38 was added brand new, 180mm travel, when I put on the -2 degree works headset. This gives the bike around a 63.5-63 degree head angle. The cassette and chain were installed brand new, and have maybe 4 or 5 rides at them (most being park, so almost no usage on the components). TRP brakes were installed end of May, also have 4-5 rides. Wheelset was installed brand new beginning of May, was run with cushcore in back, so no dings or dents at all. Custom gold spokes laced into the rims. When I bought the frame, it had a couple paint nicks, which I tried to color match since they don't offer touch up paint. I got most of them, but there are a couple white specs here and there. I wrapped most of the frame as well in order to prevent this from happening. Extra North Shore billet derailleur hanger included (there is also one installed on the bike) This bike is in excellent condition, I am fairly firm on price given that. Thanks for looking!
