@frothdonkey: 20mm is close to a degree steeper head angle. I find that noticeable.

Same here, 1991 I think. I still have the frame laying around. I remember bending the straight tube rigid forks. I think a got a set of Showa forks for it. Still have my late 90s Explosif built up for riding around town.
