Time Capsule: 2006 - Pinkbike's 20th Anniversary
I was part of that...pretty sure that's where my back problems came from.

Greg Minnaar's Santa Cruz V10 29er - Bike Check
At 6'4", I would seriously buy that thing, finally a dh bike that would fit right. I've been asked numerous times why my bike is so small, but it's an extra large! XXL, with 29 inch wheels, sign me up.

Fabio Wibmer's 20 Tricks for Winter - Video
Thanks Fabio. Freezing rain be damned I'm heading out tonight to do as many as I can! Hmm, should I bother with the camera or would the footage be too disappointing...

Pinkbike Poll: Will Your Next Bike be Downhill or All-Mountain?
My next bike will be a banshee darkside or something along those lines. I'm building some decent sized trails right now, and while my nomad is a great, fairly capable steed, it's just not stout enough to handle the hits repeatedly. So maybe not a dh rig, but something far stronger, gravity oriented, that will never feel like a wet noodle if I case the 30 foot double, or send it off the big stuff. I went all out with the "one bike for everything" with the nomad, but it's just not burly enough to feel confident all the time. If I suffer pedaling to the top, we'll so be it, I won't have to worry about picking through the wreckage of my bike when I crash!

Brayden Barrett-Hay's Homestead - Video
Motivation. I'm slowly building a hobby farm. Veggies, fruits, goats, chickens, dirt jumps, and maybe a zip line. Love the edit. I'm looking forward to more, Brayden has some killer trails and the tricks to back up his lines!

Specialized Air Tool MTB Pump - Review
I've had the green one for 3 years now, it works as good now as it did the day I bought it! The high volume has proven invaluable in my truck for filling everything from trailer tires to completely flat 35s, to every type of bike you can think of. I do wish the gauge and pump had a higher range for bmx, and dirt jump tires, but honestly max pressure is good enough most of the time.

Schwalbe Evo Aerothan Innertube - Review
Love the bright blue color. Could be good for my dirt jumper if it's as strong as a traditional tube, and can support about 50 psi. That weight savings might actually be noticeable, but that price is awful rich for my blood.

Domahidy Designs' Titanium Hardtail: Plus Wheels, Pinion 12-Speed Gearbox, and Gates Belt-Drive
I have always wanted a gearbox bike, ever since I broke my first derailleur hanger back in 95 or so. Must have gone through 30 of those things over the years, plus countless expensive derailleurs as well. Before buying my last bike,(2014), I searched for a gearbox bike to test, but here in New England, I couldn't find any available. That left the internet only, and as a tall rider, sizing is too tough to guess on without a test ride. I would be very inclined to buy a gearbox based bike if there was a demo available, maybe Highland would be interested?! Ultimately though, to read a long term review on PB might suffice enough for me to finally pull the trigger, and could possibly raise awareness for shops/parks to consider selling/demoing them.
