Frames from $150: Knolly’s Canadian Headquarters Up for Public Auction
As someone who owns a warden- im forever bummed they're gone. they made great bikes and were an awesome company to work with as a customer. megabummer. i was hoping for a restructuring myself but that aint gonna happen.

DH Tech Randoms: 2026 South Korea World Cup
id really be interested in seeing how ABS could work on a bike. grabbing a hand full of brake and not skidding or losing control as easily sounds pretty wild.

Arata Shows Inverted Fork With Adjustable Offset & Axle-to-Crown Height - Taipei Cycle Show 2026
@TheSlayer99: there was a fork made by the bmx company shadow conspiracy, it had closed dropouts and a flipchip. pretty innovative for bmx. i believe it was called the captive, and they have an open dropout version as well. shorter offset forks make front end tricks a bit easier in my experience

Interview: How Microshift Navigates the Tricky Patent Landscape to Create Affordable MTB Drivetrains
Big fan of my advent x, but can confirm it doesnt like the roughest of rough and occasionally drops a chain while im doing dumb things fast. if mx addresses that issue, which it sounds like they did, i'll happily shell out the ~250 bucks for one. the advent x group is super solid and id take it over srams sx and even nx groups.

The New Giant Stance E+ and Liv Embolden Are Value Priced eMTBs
i cant be the only one who is morbidly curious about the giant branded suspension underneath the cheaper one, can i?

The Legendary (and Sketchy) Vintage Bikes We’d Love to Ride Again
i had a transition bottlerocket that was my first intro to proper mountain bikes from the realm of bmx. fit my style well, and only had fun on it falling off stuff, or riding the right terrain. sold that- bought my 2014ish? rocky mountain slayer. that bike absolutely ripped. had a van rc coil and a 36, and just ate everything i threw at it. i still look for it for sale every once and a while. first and only big bike ive ever 360'd

Brage Vestavik Joins Norco Bicycles
i was really hoping he landed somewhere with some freeride roots. brage is easily my favorite rider in mtb. dudes an animal and deserves all the support he gets and more. i had genuinely thought he landed at knolly, as they're another canadian brand with enormous freeride roots, but norco seems to be a great fit.

Carson Storch Signs Title Sponsorship With Kubota Tractors, Will Ride Open Frames in 2026
Interesting stuff, reminds me of the Nyquist deal with bobcat. always thought it was a unique way to get a name out there.the orange bikes look sweet- cant wait to see what else carson wraps orange. good on you kubota for supporting those who support us. i benefit directly from COTA as a bend resident and the shift in mindset in cota to build fun gravity oriented trails here can be directly linked to this very partnership, at least id like to think.

Brage Vestavik Bids Farewell to GT with an Insane Highlight Reel
the energy brage and his crew brought is infectious. the riding is reminiscent of bmx but purely its own flavor of proper, nasty freeride. i wish brage and his team all the luck in the world, i hope he is able to continue melting our minds with these insane videos and no major injuries while doing so.

Must Watch: Dan Paley Brings His BMX Roots to the Woods in 'Emotional'
bmx riders who take to mountain bikes are my favorite riders.(simms, enarson, angie marino) this was mental, great mix of huge hucks and unbelievable bmx tech wizardry on a big bike. I'll have more of that, please!
