Video: 'All Hands on Deck' - Follow Norco adidas Race Division's Support Crew in EP7 of 'Just Getting Started'
I didn't think that was clinical at all. I thought it was professional and personable...Giving the rider the best chance of achieving the desired performance. Id be stoked to be part of that.

How to Get Your Kids Into Mountain Biking
Great article and well written. Im a single dad and can relate, especially to the ride being about my son and not me. If he doesn't enjoy it, I won't so everything is taken at his pace. Helmet wise-full face, full stop! open face lids and children don't work in my opinion because when they fall, the head is very likely to hit the deck because its so heavy in relation to the rest of them...I did a lot of research and the Fox Rampage Youth is the best on the market...The quality is great and he is obsessed with it, because it looks like a "motorbike helmet".

29" Conti Kryptotal and Xynotal Trail (pair)
$80 GBPBrand new and unused pair of Continental Krypotal (front) and Xynotal (rear) Trail Endurance TL Ready 29x2.4 tyres
Both are 29''x2.4” width and 'Endurance' compound with a folding bead. Front and rear tread versions, but can be mixed and matched as preferred.
Can post these for a few extra pounds but within UK only. Otherwise, I’d prefer collection from either, Storage King in Gloucester or Cirencester, England.
Marked price is for the pair, collected.
Please DM with any questions.

F&R set of TRP Slate Evo
$100 GBPF&R set of TRP Slate Evo disc brakes, with the TRP blue compound (organic) pads included. Discs not included.
Brilliant brakes with on the fly reach adjustment at the lever.
The rear will need to be reconnected and bled as I had to disconnect the hose to remove it from the bike they came with.
Loads of power and excellent modulation whilst I used them for four rides (from brand new).
Price includes P&P within the UK
