You Might Be Doing It Wrong: 13 Common MTB Setup Mistakes to Avoid & How to Fix Them
It took me way too long to understand plus and minus signs on high and low speed compression. my brain always figured the 'closed' position would be fully turned towards the minus sign, and then opening it (turning it back towards the plus sign) would increase the amount of low or high speed compression. Well that's backwards. Bike rides a lot better now..

Maybe this was resolved elsewhere and I just missed it but watching Asa's POV of his crash i dont understand why there was a giant logo/arrow pad inside the course markers. Freeze framing right where he tries to bunny hop it shows its just inside the course with a marker on the outside left edge of the pad. What is that

if i have a shimano xt drivetrain would I need to switch the whole thing to sram to run one of these? or could i just run sram cranks and put the o chain on a shimano chainring to keep the chain/derailleur/cassette the same?
