OneUp Announces Droppers in Every Length from 100mm to 210mm
I sent mine back due to this problem. A great post generally but poor design in this area, a cable outer that slowly saws its way through my seat tube? No thanks. Also the travel came up a few mm shorter than advertised. Shame as all the other one-up stuff I've had in the past has been great along with receiving really good customer service. Id definitely use this post if they changed the actuation so the cable outer is fixed!

@bizutch: i wouldn't worry too much, the US warranty guy seemed decent when i spoke to him, just the Euro one that i had to deal with wasn't as helpful. Also this is the only one I've seen break like this and I've been riding mine fine ever since. Its a great bike, happy riding!

Not really. They made me pay for the bits but they did supply them at a discounted rate.
