Never have pieced this entire line together. Even with how huge that last berm is, the last hit is a stretch for me! Solid edit man.. Your hard work looks ace!

Thanks Nick! The last jump is going to get shorter, and turn into more of a trick booter with lots of air time, and less distance. Should be fun!

@schilly: I need to ride bikes more and ride this again! I take for granted how awesome of jump lines we have out my backdoor. Buckwild/Hollywood/stallngrab are all super awesome than tons of people would kill to have.

 @swan3609: Very true!!
  • + 1
@schilly: I've been wanting to see you hit that line for a while. That last corner is so sick.
  • + 2
@swan3609: I moved down to CO from Spokane 2 years ago and miss these trails so bad. Easy to take for granted how awesome the riding scene is at home.
  • + 1
@briceps: moved from SPK to the PDX area fall of 2015, I sorely miss the Beacon Hill trails.

LOVE IT! Makes me want to shred so bad. Who ever built that trail did an amazing job too. holy shit.
  • + 3
Thanks man! I'm glad it made you want to ride, that's always the goal! The trail was built by a group of us in Spokane.
  • + 1
@schilly: One of the sweetest trails I've seen in a while. Some beautiful sculpting there.
  • + 4
SOO many jumps! You sir are a hard working man.
  • + 2
I wish I could jump that well @schilly ! And you are teaching a 101 course on how to maintain speed in the corners, not a bit of scrubbing at all, just grip and speeeeeeeed!
  • + 2
haha the cornering is the hardest part on that trail! Or any trail for that matter. I've hit this trail a lot to be able to ride it smooth, so keep practicing at it

Ugh, you popped up on the recently watched list, and I got reminded of A) how much I loved racing and riding at duthie 6 years ago and B) how bummed I am that Maxxis hasn't made a gum-wall 29er Minnion yet Frown

video was just smooth , everything about it , the flow, the jumps , the trail , his riding , his style ,the soundtrack, and the bike !!!!! aces!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • + 2
I liked it before I watched. Everything involving your style is gonna be good.
  • + 1
Rad edit, riding and trail. Is it open invite when the weather dry out the jumps ? Smile
  • + 2
The trail is open to the public! If you make a trip down, hit me up!
  • + 1
I like that loud fart you there in there for extra steez!! Showing that camera man what's up
  • + 2
Home sweet home Skye. I like that the edit started on Rushmore.

Finally, a video that showcases all of the new features @ Beacon Hill... time for a road trip!
  • + 1
Thanks for all your work on the trails and for putting out this little gem!
  • + 2
Turned out great buddy! Always pumped to watch you ride.
  • + 2
Lots of Steeze and extra flair, right there!
  • + 2
Respect homie ... amazing work and riding

What tires are you using? I'm looking for some skinwall tires in 650b.
  • + 1
Onza makes skinwall 27.5 as well as these Maxxis dhf's
  • + 1
@schilly: thanks mate. aren't these dhf's a bit too rude for your slope actions? like, too much rolling friction?
  • + 1
@Mohannes: I run pretty high pressure so they have been just fine, usually in the 40psi range. The onza citius tires I ran before these were even slower rolling so the dhfs felt fast haha
  • + 1
 @schilly: alright, thanks. cheers
  • + 1
Sick edit dude! So cool to see good edit at Beacon!
  • + 1
That is sick, should definetely be a VOD
  • + 1
what wheelset are you running on that setup?
  • + 2
Gravity grid with hope pro4 hubs
  • + 1
Aren't the jumps a little too big for that kind of bike ?
  • + 3
no way man! The Scout jumps amazing. Plenty of travel to hit big stuff, but more playful than bigger bikes
  • + 1
 That looks amazing, great jobSmile
  • + 1
So sick man! This line looks amazing!
  • + 2
Thanks man! It's a public jump trail, open almost year round, go send it!
  • + 1
@schilly: Yeah I'll have to get out there this summer!
  • + 1
Love the step up at the end.
  • + 1

  • + 1
So good man!!! Great style, good editing, getting me all fired up.
  • + 1
Rad! Glad to hear it, and thanks for the props!
  • + 1
@schilly you using a 140mm travel fork on your scout?
  • + 1
150! For me that's the sweet spot.
  • + 1
@schilly: you are a tall man compared to me. Though I do ride a large Transition Suppressor at my average height of 5'8.
  • + 1
@schilly think it's worth it to switch out my Transition Suppressor frame for a Scout? Possible to use my 26" wheels on the Scout? Message me as I'd like to bounce some ideas off of you and see if it would be valid to swap frames.

Thanks man! Already pumped to have another big session with all you guys. Thinking of doing a sort of "Fest Series" type thing on sunday on Buck Wild while the enduro is happening. Thoughts? I want to try and get someone to film/photo shoot for it. I think it could get wild!
