Yer I was gutted about the fall, its not even on the bit that bothered me. Nope after that I was trying to make up time. I still only got a 3:17

How the fk do people get times like 2.14, its mad, best i ever got at moelfre was a 2.42 and i swer it wasn't possible to get any faster :/

pah i know, how depressing. i shouldnt reli blame my bike, but i believe it to be abit outdated so that held me back on the rough stuff. all these other guys with nice plush bikes can just cruise over it. on a couple of runs my legs were shaking uncontrollably at the end. just so shook up and tired.
i did the same as you but i stayed on my bike and just got it back on, only able to do my second run as i crashed on my first(sterastrips on my chin and stuff) and then did my second run, but lost all my confidence etc
