 Went there last weekend. Best trail I've rode yet. So fast. You hit a lot quicker than me!! It never looks that bad on videos tho. Some of the sections are proper tight, fast and steep (for me!) you made it look like a milk run. Nice riding.

 imnot allowed on my bike for 6 months and my bike got nicked in hospital and you haev no idea how much this makes me want to go and ride XD once om better im comming here Smile

 How fars cwncarn from LLanelli or swansea? thinking of going there. would you recomend me going with a kona shred though?

 its about an hour from Swansea. ye you could do it on a shred wouldn't be as much fun though. there's also a freeride park at the top of the xc course which would be better for a shred.
