It was the regular helmet mount, i also have 4 adhesive mounts (2 flat, 2 curved) and a head torch style strap.
That clicking noise that sounded like a proII must have been some card that i used to shim it because there is a tiny tiny bit of play between the mount and the holder, must have been flapping in the breeze a little.
