Epic Video, really nicely shot (I have no idea why I just posted two seperate comments?!?!) Can't wait to get my gear sorted out. been saving up and saving up, got a 7D and nice gear on the way (yes, my current videos suck more bollocks than a lebanese slut, but just you wait...

No I don't thinks so. . . tables are flat unturndowns are pulled up with the font tire next to your shoulder while standing on your back crank. Same thing as tabletop or a invert it where your feet and knees are in the air. Or a lookback to a turndown its the angle of the bike. One is up and down the other is flat. So think what you want just know what your talking about next time.

I try and jump a little higher then my bike it will take some time to get. But once you do getting that foot over the frame is money. I have also put my back tire in a bike rack. Just to hold me up a just jump and kick it out. They will be small but you will learn the movement need to do NFCC's. Once you have the movement then dropping your bike a jumping higher will make cents. Hope this helps if you need more tips let me know.
