to me it looks like you are riding real high on your bike which can make you unstable. what you can do is lower yourself so you have more balance for the steeper stuff and can go a bit faster lower your seat a bit too maybe

you are a good rider but definatley get alot lower on your bike and try to keep arms bent out and knees bent out and yes it was already said use your limbs as extra suspension

too rigid mate you need to flow over the jumps and through the berms it will coime in time and your to front heavy lean back slighty move around more. and on the jumps get it low sctub it or for fun whip it.

Try dropping your outside foot and raising your inside elbow in turns. That will get you lower into the bike and will also give you more traction in turns. Good riding though!

ride a bmx for a while sounds dumb but best way to learn how to let your bike do what it needs to and your body to add to the performance of the bike

Pedal more.. Speed and stay loose like bend your knees dont have a total death grip.. Pull up a bit and if you need to drop down to land the jump tap your brake..

Brake too much, too rigid, not low enough. use you legs and arms like an extra set of suspension, this will give you more flowyness.
