Great Video ! I worked in a Bike Shop 20 some years ago now and I always put both cups on at same time. After watching the video I agree one cup at time is better ! Wish I had all those tools at my disposal again but they are way to spendy for as often as I use them.

I love how Canadians say "about" !

I'm hammering the cups so badly I fear I might crack the frame, but the cups did not move at all. Anyone has an idea what can I do?

What he doesn't mention is that those tools are frikkin expensive. WAY over priced.
