 Looks very similar to a Giant Reign.

 Have another look. Two completely different designs. The Reign uses two short links and an enclosed rear triangle that create a virtual pivot. Sam's bike is essentially a linkage activated single pivot.

 Dude, I said it looks SIMILAR, and in my opinion the general shape just resembles a Reign for me. Not a good or a bad thing at all.
