Helmet JibCam
this is kinda dangerous..kinda haha.. this is Harder than it looks i promise.. not pretty if you snag a tree. the wind also plays a big Factor as it blows the pole around and also hitting jumps, you have to compensate. Visibility is very poor so you should definately know the trail you are riding very well.

the pole runs almost 6feet from the center of the Helmet out. whole thing weighs 10 pounds, the main problem is Controlling it while controlling the bike.. its like you have to steer it and the bike. this shot would be safer for straight runs with minor turns.

Looks killer dude, I 'd imagine its pretty hard riding with that.... I've seen a similair thing done before with top world cup DH racer's and they hated using it !
But it look great with for how long to pole is tho ! You think a go-pro is better than a contour ??

um i can't really give an honest answer without bullshitting a bit to make me sound like i know what i'm talking about haha...
but seriously.. i did check them both out through video clips people posted on the web, and i kept going for the gopro because of the wider angle lens, 135 vs 170, big enough difference for me.

no seriously, I want to make one but shorter length. how do you mount it to the helmet though, you don't use the go pro adhesive mount, do you?
