Crack Addict = Cracked Rim

Crack addict chainless. Nothing to balance with on the woodwork. After I hit the first tree I crack my front rim. Had no idea until I landed nose heavy off a drop and taco'd the rim. Didn't realise my rim was so bad until I come out into the open

Read the description before you comment, know it all. I've seen every last one of your posts concerning other members videos and not a single one of your comments could be considered constructive criticism or a helpful hint. Just garbage.

If you had the opportunity to see the rim in person, you would see it's completely CRACKED at the weld. Through and through on the inner side of the wheel. Not sure if you missed the part where I HIT A f*ckING TREE?? Y'know dead on, square with all my body weight and no brakes... I'm not suggesting a miniscule 10" "drop" taco'd my wheel. I'm merely putting it out there that hitting that big ol' tree probably didn't help the cause beforehand. Now, that lovely cracked rim, coupled with a 10" "drop" and all my momentum moving foward, add in me JAMMING on the FRONT brake. Together you have ALL my body weight plus more landing squarely on that front wheel. TACO SUCKA.

To tell me I taco my downhill rim by stepping on the spokes is pretty unfounded and uneducated. I'm fairly certain I was sitting on the bike, riding the bike, feeling the bike when it happened. Stick to dirt biking.

Further proof is in 1080p on my computer, frame by frame. You can watch the rim buckle. If that's not enough for you. I get bucked over the bars because my tire get's stuck in between my lowers on my fork.

Thanks for coming out.

you taco'd the rim with your foot on the spokes not the impact of the drop.

watched the slow mo... definitely taco it on the impact. Thanks bud

think what you want, but you didn't. standing on your spokes is what fucked your wheel up. you can even hear the spokes lose the tension in the video. your rims not gonna taco from a small drop like that unless you bought it from toys-r-us. i have a video of me doing a regular wheelie and then landing it on the street. if you watch it in slow motion the rim looks like it taco's but it doesnt. np, bud.

well said haha... HOWEVER. We had this argument waaaaaay back in the summer. I gotta give the dude his props he looks like he rips. Keep shredding USTEMUF

thats fine if he shreds, his arguing with you, the person in the video it all happened to is just plain ridiculous. regardless I know the feeling of destroying a rim after tossing a chain. Its amazing how dependent we are of them.
