Seriously, mad. Have done something sooo not-similar, but rad enough for me in the picos if you fancy a good descent; google camino de tresviso, 1800m of descent on single track you could easily base jump off in places. What's more nothing like the mad hike to the top. Very impressive and what mountain biking is about (to me anyway!).
