I was there in July 2010 as the Mrs has a house only 10km away from Czarna Gora, excellent DH trails testing on the rocks at the top thou.
Would be nice for Poland to have a world cup round in the future and this would be a good spot.

Naah. Most WC pros use low rise, not flats. Some use them but for steeper wc tracks its not always the best. Flats are good for flatter tracks imho (of for ppl with higher forks, stems etc). I love my flat bars but I see why some ppl would choose low rise over them.
Though when I was in Maribor an awful lot of the locals had flat bars so it is still possible to go flat

god there are too many polish guys on this site... the filming was good guys but 3/4 of the video was people talking (and we couldn't even understand what they were saying) and the little riding shown wasn't really that good.... allow me to have my doubts for whether this deserves VOD.... anyway it's obvious though that these dudes love what they are doing so keep it up guys....

I started building mtb tracks a long time ago, back when I started to ride. 12 yrs ago there were no tracks at all in Wroclaw (hometown), so you had to build something first. Me and my friends got ourselves to build some small jumps and stuff like that and that's how it started. There's a "Kilimanjaro" hill, which has been totally rebuild.
I like being a constructor, I do it for myself, to be the first to know how to ride it.
My buddies told me I can build a trail in Czarna Gora (Black Mountain) for Polish DH Championship and I thought it's a very good idea. The "Kilimanjaro" hill in Wroclaw is no more than 10 meters (30ft?) height. It's barely a bump of a terrain, not a real mountain. So if they give me an opportunity to build a real trail on a real mountain, I took it and did it.
Black Mountain is tough, very rocky, hard to work around. Took us 2 months, every weekend, even 4-day weekends, but then again I had few hands to help. 30 people in bike park, but no more than 5 heads up to join me working. I was really tough but we made it. Elite category boys like it. Of course it's a hard trail, because the mountain is (very steep and rocky).
What has been done is done good. After the trainings a lot of holes appeared, but it could not be any dfferent if people have to use brakes all the time. I'm satisfied of my work, I get positive feedback.
I feel the job's well done.
