LOL! My job involves working with the long term unemployed in the 18-24 age group. So hard for the youngsters at the mo with 900,000 unemployed in that age group and roughly just under 3 million overall in the UK.We provide team building, work placements and group discussions and activities to get them job ready (when one becomes available). I'm office based, working with a team who looks for job placements for the clients so they are out and about part of the day and me, dealing with all other issues and paperwork for a private training provider.

Good job then mate, I love red meat lol!!!...... lamb chops, pork, steak etc....especially after a day biking, mmmmmmmmm. Diet ???? Who said diet ??? That's the one thing I cannot do.
Hope the biking is good with you ? Me, my girlfriend and her son went biking around Cardiff Bay this weekend, it's the first real try of her Cannondale as she havn't been on a bike for 7 yrs ! It was a few miles of flat riding and they both enjoyed the biking buzz! Now her son wants a bike lol!!! Maybe a Cannondale, Trek or Santa Cruz hardtail ?
We are off to Lanzarote for Xmas and will see the new year in abroad....IN THE SUN !
I'll put some pics up of Cardiff Bay later, it won't beat Oz but at least the sun was out!
Keep biking bro and say hello to the family from us in Wales.

LOL! Just off to work now, she rode quick and manageable, balanced like the Judge but steeper head angle more like an all-mountain rig, the Judge being really slack and a lesser turning circle, you have to get her up tp speed to perform but this baby was sucking up the jumps, well the small ones lol. Vid footage next weekend.....

cool mate.i cant wait to see it.i only do the tiny jumps as 35 years of rugby has destroyed my shoulders and each time i jump my right one will pop out haha.it's so refreshing to see a rider as "nuts" over there bikes and riding as what i am.its good though mate in the steeper head angle i think.you can make more mistakes at speed but at least you can move the bike around.anyway,i will do a bike run down for you this weekend.might even have a ghetto helmet cam vid for ya.i have my trails at my back door so its easy to just roll out anytime.

lol! I blew the right one open at 42mm, gutting or what! Waiting for plastic surgery in January to have them put back at a cost of $800. Went to Tunisia in August and the heat dried out the wood plugs and melted the plastic ones so had problems which led to the split. Never mind.....was good while it lasted, just keep on biking bro !!!
