Nice trail bud.... there was one or two sections of it that reminded me of sections that are under construction at my track at the moment ( especially the rock armoured entrance to it, i must have been sub consciously influenced by you mad Canadians while i was building, lol ) and to all the comments about flow.... It's good to have mostly flow in a trail but when you introduce sections that take the rider out of his normal banshee flying down a hill comfort zone and actually make him think it adds a different 'feeling' to a trail ! Thats what it's all about isnt it..... getting out of yer usual comfort zone and trying different types of riding, anyway, thats just what i think !! lol.

Thanks dude!
Its a sick trail, Wildcard is a true jack of all trades though, no "perfect" trail for it, does everything very well.
Keep rippin' 'er!

I'm going to have to disagree with you wlsn-rider... the trail just looks needlessly awkward, and there's no flow to it... sure it's a challenge to get through but it just doesn't look fun!
There's so much more potential there for something a bit quicker and flowier; that's not to say you can't have slower techier bits, but the trail needs to slow down more naturally, rather than it looking like you have to just put the brakes on every time you get a bit of speed up!

Most of the North Shore is built that way and any trail that has stunts on it was inspired by these kinds of trails and it may have "potential" but most of those trails have been like that for years and that is why The Shore has become so popular.

I watched this a few times and still had the same feeling. Is riding on wooden planks really mountain biking? Don't get me wrong, that trail looks really smooth and fun, but it's so meticulously layed out you could ride a hardtail or possibly a rigid with little/no problem.

No offence man, but try to ride CBC on a hardtail and well see how well you do. I wouldnt even touch it with a rigid.

CBC is easily rideable on a hardtail, I rode it on a hardtail for about two seasons. Heck, I've seen Cross-Country riders from Wisconsin ride it rigid clipped in.
But as Kevin said, its choppy as shit, you need the extra squish.

Me on a hardtail. I'm from the northeast so all I know is rocks, roots, and crappy riding conditions. So to me, that bike seems like overkill for that trail. Which as I said looks like a lot of fun, and you can tell the detail that went into building it.

Awesome filming/editing and acceptable riding (I joke! You rule Sandman!)
