 Probably locked the accelerator. You will not wobble if you're going fast... But, damn I've seen some sick shit on FB of rider's getting their brains splattered all over the place. This is not his day, but if he goes on doing that without protection, it's gonna be one sad day for his family.

 When you ride you're mtb with no hands it doesnt just steer to the side, the wheel stays straight. At that speed the wheel isnt going to turn anyway.

 Whether i can do it or not isnt relevant to my point though is it! How do you honestly think that he would have locked the steering anyway? Scooters dont come with a thing that locks the steering just incase someone wanted to do some tricks on it.
