 I love these type of instructionals,although at my age my positioning on my rig while on the trail is just second nature now,and i'm sure many people of my age will agree with me.
But refreshers like this are deffo worth watching,cos the narrator/rider on this one really knows the score,he keeps it simple with great footage and an educated step by step.I'd recommend this to beginners,i think they'd really benefit from it,and i'd also recommend that they try and get old of a copy of "FUNDAMENTALS" by Dirt mag.
But an excellent refresher vid as well as a perfect vid for beginners in the DH world.Nice vid man.

 great video. In Brian Lopes book "Mastering MTB skills" is said that torso must be parallel to the ground, but I'm taller rider(6'5") and that position seems to me more reasonable.

 True. That position is fucked up. Some tips were good like not to tuck the knees to the frame or elbows to your body, but that locked position he used most of the video. No good.
