that was really intense. well not really intense. but pretty intense. lol I cant even tell how you ate shit. I mean I know the sun was in your eyes. but did you case? or what actually cause you to fall lol

i was just tired it was the end of the day and the sun was in my eyes..lol and i tried to ditch the bike in the air but failed and ran next to my bike and flipped and landed on my shoulder. the bike did 2 1/2 flips itself haha

yea im good, elbow is pretty wrecked though. the first run of the day i hit a tree and cracked my new carbon helmet in 2 places..rough day.i had a headache from that one. and like the only reason i crashed on this one was because i was tired and got lazy and the sun was in my eyes really bad

yea i know! im still gonna rock it though the cracks dont go all the way through. theyre really small so im just gonna throw some epoxy on there
