Great vid! I like how he gave detailed explanations of all the features and addressed the fact that even though it may look similar to other bikes *cough* 2010 Gaint Glory *cough* it's really a unique product.

ehhh, it's still pretty different than the pitch or glory. sick looking frame if you ask me. includes a lot of sweet designs seen in more expensive bikes. hoping i may be able to get this in the near future to replace my 06 team dh!
  • + 3
@Valentine, Specialized and Norco share the same FSR patent for rear suspension. It's not a rip-off, it's variation using that platform within the FSR design/function...

Drool This is such a nice bike! They just look amazing! I hope they still look like this in 2012, it'll be a lot nicer looking than the 2011's in my opinion
  • + 1
I'm sorry, but...rearward axle path on a low-pivot FSR?! Now that's a marketing BS at it's best. Like most of the presentation, we've heard all of this so many times...

Excellent job Norco - great video with detailed explanations. Add in your superb warranty and this frame's a killer.

'The curve at the bottom of the downtube is to allow the shock to be mounted upside down with the reservoir at the bottom' But the shock is mounted the other way?.. LOL!
  • + 2
actually with the vivid air it is actually mounted upside down. just doesnt look like it because the piggy back is on top. on the vivid air the piggy back is on the opposite end to a normal coil shock.

i dont no if this would ever happen but the bumpers look kind of sketchy to me, what happens if one gets ripped out can you replace it?
  • + 1
What kind of pedals are the ones in the video?
  • + 1
They're Superstar Component's Nano flats, but with a more expensive brand name etched into them.
  • + 1

  • - 1
Is that a 20mm rear axle i see? I was wondering when that would happen
  • + 2
 Nope, it's a 12mm axle. Actually it's the patented Syntace X12 standard.
