Your feet, they auto eject.

Put your seat higher and just start working on flat barspins/manual barspins. Once you can do those start trying double bars/ bars off drops/kurbs that kind of stuff. Then keep your seat high and move to a flyout spot. Try barspins flyout, that comes pretty close to the actual feeling of a good bunny bar. Once you get that dialed you can go try bunnyhop barspins again. Hop high! Its called a hop barspin for a reason, the hop is maybe more important than the actual barspin. good luck, this might take a while, but its the only way.

K so first of all, I use to do them like that too.. like just trowing the bar as fast as I can, catching them and then pouff feet are gone. but then I realized that keeping my feet on the bike was way more important so I tried it and the only thing I have a hard time with is that I can't barspin fast enough to catch them back before I fall. so with that said I will just need to hop a little higher and to trow those bar a little bit faster to et them decently, you should try!

And don't forget to raise your seat so you can pinch it, that might also be the reason why your feet get off.

Hi there. You fail. Pinching seats is for homos. Pinching motion is importand to keep your legs out of the way, and move your head over your frontwheel. Thats all.

Yeah I do get your point merry but you need to get mine, when I try it without pinching the seat or witht the seat really low, I just get out of balance and my feet gets automaticly off

Hi there. Hopwaaay higher, pinch your cranks and do suicide nohanders. If you got no handers dialed, do a barspin. Let go of bar at top of hop, and lean waaay more over the bars

I was trying the hop no hander thing (not all the way extended like a suicide) but I guess I'll just keep at em
