Super fun day. Minus the shin gouge and broken deraileur. That hiker was still in that same spot when I passed. I kept telling them to come up and I'd wait till they got to me but they froze in place. All was friendly though.

Sorry but not to laugh at your pain but I couldn't help snickering when you smacked into that bush and then whacked your shin. Been there, done that, many times

thats ok - i laughed myself. the crunch sound on my shin was so harsh! im pretty embarrased about this whole run...o well - get em next time!
