How the halfords advert should have ended.

 i for one am ashamed to work in bikehut. like to think i can bring a bit of know how into the picture, not always possible as halfords dont even stock the most basic of replacements such as spokes. :/

 Not to say that halfords bikes are good, but you shouldn't put their mechanics down too bad. Yeah okay a lot of them are painfully incapable of doing their job, but my brother and a fair few of his friends were halfords mechanics and they're fantastic mechanics! Just a shame the bikes there are shit generally, though you'd be surprised, they can stock some pretty nice bikes, just nobody does because nobody things to go to halfords to get one.

 As an ex Halfords mechanic I can safely say that this is the case for the majority of the staff..! For shame.

 last time i went to halfords the forks on a kona shred were put on backwards with the bars the right way around

 My konas been back to halfords several times. I could have a decent bonfire out of the amount of recipts i have !
