so for a barrel roll you trow yourself over your right shoulder but actually your pushing yourself up on that shoulder and you and you flip to the left over your right shoulder
is that correct because i really want to trough get landing this
i am doing it to over my left shoulder but left foot is forward

if your left foot is forward then you want to be corking to the right! pretty much spin for a flip/3 but look forward at the landing the whole way round

yes thanks for the reply but it goes easier for me to the left
i try to like air to the left while trowing my shoulder down and i get upside down then i bail of without the spin getting trough completly but i am determined now it took me a hunderd tries already its just hard for me to realise how to do it and to spin trough because i turn to the left while i push shoulder down to right so i am spinning to the right, i am just not that clear anymore and you know it can quite be a struggle even with a clear head. anyway if you could have a look here www.pinkbike.com/video/356403 and tell me what i need to do next to land it, it would be greatly helpfull
