This was recorded at 30 frames per second and the by using adobe after effects and pixel motion turned into 60 frames per second of FPS. thats the illusion of the video being sped up even though its not. its just much smoother. shot in San Luis Obispo

 so if you recorded it at 720 x 60fps can adobe speed it up to like 100fps??

 yes. use pixel motion in adobe after effects cs5 or above
