Got a few days on mine now. Awesome bike, rips dh so well but is still fun and poppy. Doesn't feel like a big plow bike. I'm running mine 64* low bb and mid chainstay w 7" travel. Rode it in the 6" for a while and it's still plenty for most riding, just progressive enough as not to bottom out hard. Plus this bike makes any corner its bitch.

I love my TR250, I get asked so often why I didn't go for the TR450 and it's the word "versatile" that sums it up. I'm not a DH racer, but I want to ride a mix of all terrains, especially fast flowing trails with big hits and the TR250 is perfect for this. Teamed with my Marzocchi 66 RC3 Ti forks this bike is dialed. For the UK it's ideal. Riding Cwmcarn and Forest of Dean it's perfect, and even in the Alps, for me, it out performed my 2009 Trek Session 88 in terms of chuckability and fun! Awesome!
