Horrible Crash in Chatel

My shoulder dislocates during the landing.Then it just goes to the left.

 Fluid! Love that trial. Bizarre how your shoulder dislocated. Hope you're recovering well. I definitely second zeGG advice, take rehab seriously and consider doing a lot of "prehab" once your shoulder has healed. Get strong!

 No not really...dislocated shoulder and the other shoulder is wrecked too.Bikeseason is definatly over

 how did you dislocate your shoulder on landing? If you came down that hard props for holding on that long!?
